Scarborough Public Works Fueling Station

Acted as General Contractor for entire fueling station project and primary installer of all petroleum distribution equipment. This includes the decommissioning of the existing fueling facility and new construction at a different location.

• Supplied proper removal, cleaning, and disposal of the following existing site components:  
  Dispenser islands; Traffic Aprons; (2) 10,000‐gallon USTs; Vent Piping; Product piping; and Concrete tank pads 
• Supplied and installed (2) 10,000 gallon above ground fuel tanks
• Supplied and installed 30’ x 30’ and 24’ x 24’ canopies
• Supplied and installed (2) Wayne Reliance G6200 Dispensers
• Supplied and installed Franklin APT flexible product lines from tanks to dispensers
• Relocated existing Fuel Master system
• Supplied and Installed Veeder-Root TLS-450 Plus monitoring system
• Coordinated and managed all site work including excavation, drainage, fencing, electrical, lighting, concrete, and paving
